The second and third generation partners of the Company are Jim Montgomery and his son, James Montgomery. Jim Montgomery is a professional engineer licensed in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. Together they have over 60 years of practical construction and engineering experience in the electrical and mechanical fields.   They are involved in each project every day of every week and in every phase, from initial design to final inspection, with the working assumption that satisfied customers will return, again and again.
