• Develop and design plans.
• Determine project cost.
• Purchase equipment and materials.
• Manage construction.

The owner has input during all stages of the project and deals with the same designer and builder from start to finish.  Because firm costs are determined up front before plans are drawn, the owner can truly 'have his own price.'

In addition to cost savings, a design/build project often times provides time savings.  The lengthy bidding process is eliminated.  This is also beneficial in that potential unknown and/or unqualified contractors are left out of the process.
